  Quality Check & Packing

  Ensure the apparel or accessory is unworn, unwashed, and has all original tags intact. Pack the item securely in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

  Reverse Pickup

  Once your request is approved, we will arrange a free reverse pickup from your doorstep through our reliable courier partners at a scheduled time.

  Refund or Exchange Processing

  After the item reaches our warehouse and passes quality inspection, we will process your full refund to the original payment method or ship your exchanged item within 5-7 business days.
