How long does shipping take for domestic and international orders?
Domestic orders within India typically arrive within 3-7 business days. International shipping varies by destination but generally takes 7-15 business days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a hassle-free 7-day return policy for most items. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return or exchange through our portal, provided the items are unused and have original tags intact.
How should I care for my hand-loomed or hand-printed fabrics?
Since our products use natural dyes and traditional weaves, we recommend dry cleaning for the first wash. Subsequently, hand wash separately in cold water with mild detergent and dry in the shade to preserve color longevity.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a wide range of payment options including Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, and popular mobile wallets. For domestic orders within India, Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available.
